Key Responsibilities:

4. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all business and investment activities. Develop and update business plans, investment decks, and other relevant materials. Ensure all documentation is accurate, well-organized, and readily accessible.

5. Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the senior management team to develop and execute fundraising strategies. Monitor and report on industry trends, investment opportunities, and business performance metrics. Support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• MBA or CA or Professional

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the investment or financial services industry.

• Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex business concepts to a variety of stakeholders.

• Experience in investor relations, including engagement with venture capitalists and private equity firms.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. The Executive Assistant will interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Responsibilities
